To describe this process, Showalter developed three stages of transformation as Feminine stage, Feminist stage, and Female stage. As Feminine, the women novelist imitates overwhelming male traditions and patterns. As Feminist, the women novelist protests rooted values and measures in literature. As Female, the women novelist returns to herself to discover personal identity and self-awareness. The present study has extensively reviewed thirty three novels of Iranian women novelist in the last half century from 1960 to 2010. This study, with an eye on Showalter’s feminist theory considers transformation process of self-awareness in female writers of Iran and defines its evolution through the predetermined stages. As the result of present study, it was logically evident to claim that Showalter’s model comprehensively applies to the Iranian female literary subculture. Nevertheless, it must be noted that evolution from second to third stage was not broadly evident and only happened in the work of Shahrnush Parsipur titled “Blue Logos”. We may also need to study more works of Iranian women novelist to search for the third stage enhancements. بنا بر نظریة الن ‏شووالتر، منتقد فمنیست مطرح امریکایی، در مطالعة هر زیرفرهنگ ادبی، از جمله زیرفرهنگ ادبی زنان، می‏توانیم گذر از سه برهة اساسی تقلید، اعتراض و خودیابی را مشاهده کنیم. شووالتر برای تبیین چگونگی این سیر یک الگوی سه‌مرحله‏ای را طراحی می‏کند و برهة تقلید از اسلوب و سنت مسلط مردانه را مرحلة فمینین، برهة اعتراض به ارزش‏ها و معیارهای مسلط را مرحلة فمینیست و برهة خودیابی و کشف هویت فردی را مرحلة فیمیل می‏نامد. پژوهش حاضر، که حاصل مطالعة گستردة 33 اثر داستانی بلند از آثار داستان‏نویسان زن ایرانی از دهة 1340 تاکنون است، با نظر به نظریة فمینیستی شووالتر به سیر تغییر و تحول خودآگاهی داستان‏نویسان زن در ایران پرداخته و روند گذر از این برهه‏ها را نشان داده است. براساس یافته‏های این پژوهش، می‏توان این‏گونه استدلال کرد که الگوی شووالتر در مورد زیرفرهنگ ادبی زنان ایرانی نیز صدق می‏کند؛ با این تفاوت که گذر از مرحلة دوم و ورود کامل به مرحلة سوم فقط از سوی شهرنوش‏ پارسی‏پور و در رمان <em>عقل‏آبی</em> محقق شده است. https://jwica.ut.ac.ir/article_67894_4ce6ca8f1139a1c1588590bda026e86b.pdf
