This study examines the scenario of “ Café Setareh” movie through discourse analysis of Laclau and Mouffe and critical discourse analysis as well as linguistic analysis. This study reveals the discourse formation of both traditional and modern views in interaction with each other in order to approve the semantic system and describe how and by which means this process is done.It clarifies how traditional and modernism as hegemonized nets and naturalized discourses are articulated by persuasion and other linguistic devices . One of the most fundamental points in this essay is the real situation of women in all social status and the inner effectiveness power of women as active people in discourse which tries to represent and articulate the discourse nets particularly traditional dimension. In this study we describe that there is no challenge among them to deconstruct antagonistic discourse perfectly. In other words, although traditional discourse is a kind of dominant discourse, there is no way to be marginalized perfectly by antagonistic discourse so, it is claimed that modernism forms under the shadow of tradition.

From the cultural point of view, one of the important criteria for assessing a community is the amount of attention that is paid to women and their presence in social domains. At different periods of human life, the importance of the role of women alongside men has been neglected. according to archaeological evidence, except Neolithic and chalcolithic periods that subsistence were based on husbandry and agriculture, and women had equal life by the side of men ,this process has been changed with dominance of men at other historical periods. By arrival of Islam to Iran, equality didn’t occur in different groups of community. The process continued in earlier Islamic centuries, when in medieval centuries with Mongol arrival former circumstances somewhat changed and women alongside men could contribute to different activities of community. In fact, the Mongol era is the only period that equality between women and men could be observed clearly; reasons of this phenomenon have been investigated at specific social conditions in that time. This topic concerns the necessity of studying the status of women in that time. So the aim of this research is surveying the reasons of widespread role of women in the mentioned period in terms of historical and archaeological evidence. Applied method for this research is based on library studies, historical texts and archaeological data.

To find the identity, position and status of women in the early centuries of Islamic government, it is necessary to rely on reasonable documents. The pictorial resources and designs remained from artistic works of these times are among the available documents which can be studied by focussing on the position of women in this period. The designs of figures remained from the early centuries of Islam may be investigated in the murals of Omavis’ castles, Abbasians’ palaces, f manuscripts of Abbasian age and also in the designs of other artists. In these designs, the apparent identity of woman may be recognized as sacred, governor, minstrel, mother or spouse who has been portrayed with diverse covers and make ups. The researchers may realize women’s social identity and situation at that time by analyzing their decorations, designs and covers.
It is necessary to mention that in the early centuries of Islam, art and artistic works did not have any considerable importance and value and no art was formed by Islamic beliefs. For this reason, the works remained from that time had admirable intellectual sediments with them. But from the third centuries onward, we witness considerable changes in artistic works due to the growth of Islamic beliefs. Generally, from this period onward we witness the figures being simplified as well as the growth of abstract designs due to emphasis on “prohibition of depiction” in Islamic beliefs. This depiction constraint had a deep influence on the lack of any realistic imaging during the history of Islamic art. As a result, what is dealt with in this paper regarding the designs of women’s figures (from the respect of pictorial aspect) has a decoration-oriented aspect. In the works of Islamic art, human’s figure has mostly appeared beside the designs of flowers, plants and birds it is only the cover or pictorial positions of the figures which gives a limited and definite identity to the characteristics of men and women and has given an ideal, mythological or mythical aspect to them and assists us in this research.

Introduction: Spiritual intelligence is concerned with the inner life of mind and spirit and its relationship to being in the world. Spiritual intelligence implies a capacity for a deep understanding of existential questions and insight into multiple levels of consciousness. Spiritual intelligence also implies awareness of spirit as the ground of being or as the creative life force of evolution. Many models and definitions] have been proposed by researchers, theorists, and spiritual advocates. The models and definitions of spiritual intelligence identify specific propensities, qualities and capacities of human perceptions, intuitions and cognitions.
In this research, SI was defined as a set of adaptive mental capacities which are based on nonmaterial and transcendent aspects of reality, specifically those which are related to the nature of one’s existence, personal meaning, transcendence, and expanded states of consciousness. When applied, these processes are adaptive in their ability to facilitate unique means of problem-solving, abstract-reasoning, and coping. Purpose: The present research as a causal comparative study was compared the Spiritual Intelligence between high school students according to their genders and grades in Kerman city.
Method: Sample included 537 high school students contains 299 boys and 238 girls that were chosen by proportional stratified sampling. Research instruments was 24-item SISRI and four components concluded: Critical Existential Thinking, Personal Meaning Production. Transcendental Awareness. Conscious State Expansion, and Conscious State Expansion. Construct and criterion-related validity were supported, as well as split-half and test-retest reliability 0.79. , 0.86.
Results :Results showed there was no significant difference between SQ and it's component with gender, and student’s grades . (a=0.05)
Discussion:No significant differences were found considering gender and the respondents’ demographics that assert the integrative quality of spiritual Intelligence harmonizing human factors normally dichotomized. This finding is a reminder to those who wish to pursue spiritual growth to relate with the self and others as equal dignity. Each individual has as much right as the other to nurture his/her Spiritual Intelligence.

This kind of Marriage (MIR) is one of the controversial issues of Pre-Islamic Iran. Some have attributed it to all Iranians while others have attributed it to a certain group in ancient Iran. Undoubtedly MIR has never been specific to Iran and similar typical examples can be found in other cultures and religions. This paper after presenting the history of MIR looks at Firdausi’s Shahnameh that narrates & analyzes the reported Zoroastrian’s and Pahlavi’ accounts of the ancient Iran. Shahnameh reports two accounts in this respect:
The first belongs to Daqiqi (the Zoroastrian poet) who justified MIR on basis of Mazdaism texts. The other belongs to Firdausi who knows it as a royal method of marriage in Pahlavi texts. The paper aims to see whether MIR can be shown as an official recognition and legitimate marriage for all Iranian mazdayis on account of pahlavi texts or for a special group

Discussing fundamental problems of sexuality and its related respects could help religious scholars to find out a deeper understanding and analysis of Islamic teachings. The problem of Hijab in the Islamic teachings is investigated concerning its various aspects. In this article, the celestial reality of Hijab in the structure of the Names of Allah is analyzed. The approach of this article is intra-religious. And its typology is explanatory. After a brief study of the structure of the Names of Allah and its relationship with the reality of human being, it is discovered that the subject of Hijab, as one of the verses of Holy Quran, is the manifestation of one Name among Allah’s Names in the corporeal world i.e., the aspect of the “Hidden” Name. Its celestial meaning, therefore, is manifested in the form of Hijab in the divine law of Islam. Based on this point of view, it is clear that woman has been honored to a special perfection in the manifestation of one aspect of the Hidden (Inward). By this approach, some religious matters such as a sense of honor and wisdom of preserving the sanctuary of family in the religious law preserve a very deep meaning.
